The General Presidency of the Global Organization for Cooperation and Development (GOUV) hereby announces the approval of the necessary budgetary allocation for an official mission to the Republic of Cyprus, scheduled to take place from 06 June 2026 to 11 June 2026. The mission shall be carried out by a delegation composed of no more than two representatives designated by the General Presidency. The visit forms part of GOUV’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its international engagement and to promote opportunities for sustainable economic cooperation with stakeholders abroad. During the mission, the delegation will assess the potential for commercial cooperation involving GOUV within the Republic of Cyprus and will seek to establish new bilateral relationships with local private sector entities, business leaders, and other relevant economic actors. Particular attention will be given to identifying areas of mutual interest capable of fostering investment opportunities, strategic partnerships, and broader economic integration. The approved budget shall cover the expenses necessary for the execution of the mission, including transportation, accommodation, local mobility, and other operational costs directly associated with the objectives of the visit. All expenditures shall be conducted in accordance with the principles of transparency, efficiency, and responsible administration that guide the activities of GOUV. The General Presidency considers the Republic of Cyprus to be an important partner for the development of new channels of cooperation and reaffirms its commitment to promoting dialogue, economic development, and mutually beneficial relations with private sector stakeholders and institutions around the world.
