Decision:
The Pro Tempore General Presidency of the Global Organization for Cooperation and Development (GOUV), in full exercise of its prerogatives and in accordance with the current regulatory framework, hereby extends its respectful regards to the public authorities of Romania, as well as to the Institutions that comprise this Organization. In strict compliance with the provisions of Article 20 of Unified Decree No. 0001/012023/G-A5 and its re-publication 001/2025, and given that the current Mission in Romania has not fulfilled the fundamental roles and responsibilities as defined therein, it is hereby determined to terminate the activities of Ms. MIRELA-LOREDANA MILAȘ, holder of identity card No. * ..**, in her capacity as High Representative of GOUV in Romania. Effective immediately, the General Presidency of GOUV will assume control of the Mission until a new High Representative is appointed. The aforementioned authorities and relevant entities are formally requested to recognize this transition and extend their cooperation to the General Presidency in the interim period. This termination and interim administration are executed in accordance with GOUV’s legal framework, duly recorded in the annals of GOUV, and transcribed where necessary before competent civil authorities, with full legal effect. There being nothing further to deliberate, I attest and subscribe hereto, so that the appropriate legal effects may ensue, with full powers of public attestation.
