Decision:
The General Presidency recognizes the need for digitalization and transparency in the decision-making process of the Global Organization for Cooperation and Development (GOUV) and its Institutions. In accordance with the Unified Decree, under Article 26, Paragraph VI, as well as Article 22 of the same decree, the General Presidency hereby decides to make decrees, resolutions, official communications, political statements, and legal documents public.

To this end, the digital platform Leg.GOUV is designated as the primary official channel for the dissemination of GOUV decrees and official acts. Internal intelligence acts deemed confidential and private to the Organization shall be safeguarded and classified as such by the relevant GOUV Institutions.
