It is with deep sorrow that the Global Organization for Cooperation and Development (GOUV) has received the news of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, beloved mother of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn of Thailand, who departed peacefully on Friday night at the age of 93.
On behalf of the President General of GOUV, Mr. Marcos Henrique Bãdãrãu Júnior, and all members of our institution, we extend our heartfelt condolences to His Majesty King Vajiralongkorn, the Royal Family, and the people of Thailand during this time of mourning.
Her Majesty Queen Sirikit will forever be remembered for her grace, compassion, and dedication to the Thai nation and its cultural heritage. Her life of service and devotion continues to inspire leaders and citizens across the world. May the legacy of Her Majesty’s benevolence and strength bring comfort and unity to the Thai people in this moment of grief.
